Our neighborhood is a well-established community in a rapidly growing area of Charlotte that is close to great schools, wonderful restaurants and a variety of shops. Our neighborhood was built in the 1970’s and is a unique, diverse and active community that consists of approximately 200 homes. Our Homeowners Association (HOA) is voluntary and the involvement of our neighbors plays a vital role in making our neighborhood a vibrant, tight-knit community.

Our HOA provides a number of benefits to your family such as beautification and maintenance of common areas, planning and organization of social gatherings and neighborhood communications.
